Yes! Hover over "MY FATSECRET" at the top of the page, and click on "My Cook Book". There's a link there for submitting a recipe. It's pretty straightforward.

Pro tip: If you're not planning to share it, name it something like "goldiecat's cream of liver soup". That way, when someone wants to create and share a "cream of liver soup" recipe, the name will be available for them.

When you are adding foods, it is at the top. You have recently eaten, most eaten... now they added cookbook. You have to scroll through your options to get to it. Does that make sense?
