I'm Kim and I'm just joining. Lots of people on Atkins forums suggested I join here and so far I LOVE it!!! All support and chat about weight loss/control is a wonderful asset to me!

i am a returner!!!! but need to have support i really need to lose 50lbs to put me at 120 a healthy weight!!!HELP

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.
