Rocks!!! I've just discovered that you can get all nutritional info for food components here! You might have all found this already, but when you search for foods in the kitchen it comes up with a full calorie/fat/protein/carb etc table so you can see & calculte exactly what you're eating! Brilliant!

cook book
The only way I can access it on my phone is by clicking a meal to log food, and then scrolling over on the top to "Cook Book". Then you can click your recipe and see the details of that recipe.
