You might have all found this already, but when you search for foods in the kitchen it comes up with a full calorie/fat/protein/carb etc table so you can see & calculte exactly what you're eating! I think if you go to share recipes you can build your recipe. I haven't used that tool, but it might be what you're looking for.

So add as a recipe, then I choose how many portions, I understand. I guess I would look for a listed roast, find the exact kind of roast, (shoulder or loin) then choose one that says all the fat trimmed ...

eat too much salt.
And if you're hypothyroid like me, you go through sodium pretty quickly, so you have to salt your meals just to prevent low sodium levels from contributing to your symptoms.
