Is there anyone out there currently following the Abs Diet or is thinking about starting (or starting over). I need a buddy or a group of friends to cheer me on and motivate me. I am sure that there are others that need this too!
I was thinking about starting officially on Saturday (August 11th) so that I can get organized with food, etc.
