I need help giving up coffee!!!

I'm not really a coffee addict...I usually have half a cup in the morning, and reheat the rest in the afternoon, to keep me awake. The problem isn't really the coffee. I like cream and sugar with a little coffee for color...I've tried black -- couldn't take it.

This morning I had a cup of ginseng tea with stevia. It tasted good, but is this an acceptable substitute? I've also been thinking of taking more B vitamins...any suggestions?

Try teeccino, it's herbal "coffee", it is nutty and wholesome like coffee, but naturally non-caffinated. I really like it. My favorite is the Vanilla Nut flavor. Look it up online. I found it at two local stores.

OMG!! There is nothing I miss more than my coffee. The smell of it brewing in the office drives me crazy, but I've stopped cold turkey and have been off it for the last 3 months. Now I saw your post and can't believe there is something else out there. How does it taste? I see they carry it at a Whole Foods close to me. I'm sooo excited!

The above is a good list of suggestions! I personally love jerky. It's low in fat, high protein and takes effort to eat, so it slows you down! If you're looking for a snack, it's a nice one ...

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
