I know the instant, unflavored oatmael is one of the 12 recommended power foods on abs. I did buy "Weight Smart" oatmael that is made with whole grain oats and has whey protein. It has 160 cal. and 6 gr. fiber. This seems like a good choice, but I also don't want to go against the guidelines. Any thoughts?
