You can tell it how long and how many times a week you can work out and it gradually increases intensity. Has anyone else used this? I did 15 minutes of "weight loss" and 30 minutes of flexibility today.

WoW.. if you get one for 99 cents, that's great! I absolutely loved what I saw today while I was playing it. She (your "own" personal trainer) stops every once in a while and asks how you're doing. If you're breezing along, she steps it up. If you can't keep up, she slows down. And there's a meditation garden program for yoga.
I haven't gotten all that far into it, but I can really see myself using it and not getting bored with it.
