Okay, I know sex burns calories, but does anyone know how much? How come it's not listed on the exercise diary? lol

28 lousy calories for 20 minutes? You gotta be kidding...lol. Wonder if hubby will get upset if I'd rather work on the treadmill

Lol, I was wondering the same thing today! I actually bought my boyfriend as a gag gift one time this book on how many calories "physical" activities burn, it's hilarious. Maybe I'll have to dig that up.

I was just thinking about this the other night too. Maybe someone should add it to the list. 28 calories for 20 minutes seems awfully low. That amount as to vary from person to person though, depending on how active you are

I think it depends on how vigorous the "exercise" is. ya, if you just lay there, that ain't gonna do much. LOL, ya gotta get busy wit' it!

Yea I gotta agree w/Lotus about the vigor. Hard to believe that for 30 to 45 min, you only burn a few calories.

The 28 calories for 20 minutes was for "moderate" activity. I think it was 15 for "passive" and around 40 for "energetic". lol
