My husband is doing the Abs diet so I'm doing it with him. It is targeted for men and quite a few calories. I know your not suppose to count calories, but since it is targeted for men, I have been cutting back on snacks and averaging around 1400 calories a day. Do you guys think that is too many or about right?

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
