Hi! I'm following the exercises in the book for the strength/circuit training. On my cardio days, I dance to Rock Your Body by Jamie King, or I'll do a Tae Bo video, or I'll jump rope. (I have a Jump Snap, which is basically a ropeless jump rope. I'm hideously uncoordinated, so it's great for me!)

I've been following my own exercise routine, but I make sure to add a lot more strength training then I used to do.
