Cheese - unfavorable???!?!

According to the recipes I am looking at Abs diet is showing cheese as unfavorable. How the heck is that? I have cheese almost everyday on this diet as long as it is low in fats. So is it showing that because the recipe calls for cheese or what?

The diet description isn't very accurate on here. I think unfavorable means "in moderation". Just go by the book.

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
