According to the recipes I am looking at Abs diet is showing cheese as unfavorable. How the heck is that? I have cheese almost everyday on this diet as long as it is low in fats. So is it showing that because the recipe calls for cheese or what?

The diet description isn't very accurate on here. I think unfavorable means "in moderation". Just go by the book. Smile

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I also think that those ratings are based on the opinions of the people here on fatsecret rather that solid fact, so keep that in mind.
