Ok, it's me again..another question for the folks who know what they'er talking about. I look to the right side of myfatsecert, and theres this spot that has fat, carbs, and protein, and all my arrows are up. Does this mean that I'm getting too much? What are the recommended guidelines for fat, protein, and carbs? In otherwords, how much of each should I aim for each day? Is there such a thing as too much protein? Tahnks again!Very Happy

Those arrows are in relation to other people on here doing the Abs Diet that have entered their information. Given that the feature is rather new and not many people have made food entries it doesn't mean much right now. You'll probably get a better idea of how you compare to others once more people use it.

As for the recommended calorie guidelines, I'm not aware of any. The diet is not based on counting calories, it is based on making sure you eat high-fiber whole grains, good fats, and protein with each meal. Basically making sure the powerfoods are part of your staple diet. If you do this, then you will find that the fat/protein/carbs will be at healthy levels, and when combined with regular exercise you will lose the pounds.
