Hello All!! My name is Sheri and I have been apart of Myfatsecret for several years. I know the weight I need to be but for some reason month after month year after year I continually give up. This time I am sticking with this. I actually started my new weight loss on the 3/12/13. My weights was 170.0. This scared me and showed me that if I keep going my weights can get out of control. I have family members who's weight is in the 300's. This cannot and will not happen to me.
Since I started on the 12th of March until now I have lost 6.4 pounds. My first goal is to be 160.00 by April 1st. I do better if I lay down small goals as I go along. My ultimate goal is to weigh 125.
This is what I am doing to make my weight loss a success. First and for most my mind is positive and made up that TIME I WILL STICK TO THIS UNTIL I HAVE REACHED MY GOAL. I have been limiting my carbs and staying away from sugars. If I do have sugar it is in fruits and vegetables.
One of my favorites that I found I love and it is a desert but eat it as a meal is Greek Yogurt with honey. YUMMY!!!!
