if any of you out there know how to make abs show without flexing my bf is at 8.6 % and i go to the gym for 45 mins to 1.5 hours a day 5-6 days a week can you help me with foods to eat as i my breakfast is oats and whey protein lunch usually chicken/tuna and salad avocado and nono fat cottage cheese and usually dinner is fish eg: tuna cod and veggies any advice would be appreciated

Eating too little?
Weight Watchers dropped the number of calories you could have the smaller you were. I would try dropping calories to 1200 per day.

who meal plans?
I find this to be a key to my success. I plan at least 3 meals a week that I can also use to create lunch, love the crock pot great help I also make soup for the week. great go to when I am in a hurry ...

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
