Hi all, I have a job as a courier and I work full time hours. I need to be able to list my activities properly but the exercise legend doesn't seem to offer anything close to what I need to record. Is there anywhere I can find this information? Idea

I'm not familiar with exactly what's involved in your job, but I would recommend trying to find something in the list that you think requires about the same amount of exertion.

If I had to hazard a guess, I would maybe suggest substituting it with something like housework? (housework can require walking, bending, lifting, working arm muscles when scrubbing, etc...so maybe it would work for you?)
