Today is my husbands birthday, so we had fried food and lemon cake. I did really well by not eating but a little of everything. I am so tired of the slow weight loss. I am just trying to be thankful for the one pound I did lose.

There is no way to efficiently lose weight fast. It's a slow process. The trick is to find a weight loss journey that you can live with for a longer time, and maybe for the rest of your life? If you find your system too hard, maybe you're not doing the right one?

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Thanks Kingkeld for you comment. I think I want too much too soon. I am just trying to look at this as a new way of life. I want a healtier life and going for that.

does anyone know of a food tracking system that is designed for kids?
I just caution to be careful with kids - you don't want them to become obsessive with counting calories or dieting, can lead to other issues. Self esteem is important at that age. But there is some ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
