In need of some advice

I've been hit with a chest infection thats knocked me for 6, ive had it 3 days started antibiotics this morning, and stuggling to get out of bed. It was weighin day today and i've stayed the same, I've stuck to my calorie intake and yesterday was the first day i've not worked out. Any advice as its only my second week and I feel abit dishartened..

Get well first and then worry about following your diet.

Agree with wwguy get well first, an infection can become very serious if you don't look after yourself. Try not to comfort eat stuff like ice-cream that feels good on the throat, stock up on low cal drinks, make sure there is ice in the fridge, and eat a healthy balanced diet. Get well soon

i usually stay in bed with lemsips ...get hubby to bring me a chicken and salad sandwich and a flaRazz sk of hot tea
