I weigh daily while I'm actively trying to lose. Like RonWMiller above, I make small tweaks based on these daily weights and I can observe trends (like I lose less if I don't drink enough water or put on a couple tenths of a pound if I use artificial sweetener). If I only weighed weekly, I wouldn't be able to notice these trends. Once I achieve my goal (I spent most of my adult life there) I only weigh once or twice a week. There have been times I haven't weighed at all and that's when I usually gain.

I usually weigh once a week. That way I know how I'm doing pretty regularly without getting obsessive about it. If I weighed myself everyday, I would probably get discouraged or harder on myself. Weighing in every week keeps me on track.

I weigh in once a month. Every week is too much for a perfectionist to handle. It gets me planning and i will be on an emotional rollercoaster if everything isnt going well from week to week.

I weigh in every morning. I get up, pee, then stand on the scale in my underwear. Keeps things consistent and any huge swings in weight are caught immediately.

I weigh myself every day and keep a record (sometimes I feel obsessed with it) heck I will be honest I even made a graph chart showing my weight loss from the start, there are even some days I weigh my self twice once in the morning and once before I go to bed. As well as the daily weigh ins I do on the wii fit and the biggest loser game I have for the wii. It keeps me focused and on track. I like my graph chart it gives me a good visual of how far I have come and where I want to be.

I find weighing myself daily keeps me on track and accountable Very Happy . I don't do well with surprises. I've found when I weigh in weekly it's too easy to get off track.
