I started exercising Jan. 3rd, my New Year's resolution. I go to the gym 6 days a week, I count my calories for the most part and I drastically cut my portion sizes down. I lost 10 lbs. and I feel good. I need to lose 22 more lbs.

Walking the dog
I walk my doggies most days, depends on the heat. My first day and have quite a bit to loose. How long do you walk your doggy for? Happy to join you.
