2 egg whites
1/2 red pepper (chopped)
1/3 Onion (chopped)
Add some chilly flakes

Mix in plastic bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute, mix, microwave for another minute.
Ready to eat, on it's own or on taste or inside a wrap.

It's a mater of choice, hard work and a bit of OCD !!

eat too much salt.
And if you're hypothyroid like me, you go through sodium pretty quickly, so you have to salt your meals just to prevent low sodium levels from contributing to your symptoms.
