There is a book with the complete plan you can get on Amazon fairly cheap. It's a great way to get a good balance of healthy carbs and protein, keep your portions in check, eat every 2-3 hrs (my favorite part), and then exercises to target your abs along with the rest of your body. I got my book at Barnes & Noble (get the one for women and it will give you more exercises for your stomach. I got the Cookbook on Amazon for $3.99 including shipping.
