I have an extremely hectic day every day, which does not allow me to prepare but one meal a day. I just started the Atkins diet and I eat one meal bar in the am and a snack bar and then a lunch meal bar and then a sensible dinner. I have only been maintaining not loosing. What would you suggest for such a schedule.

I have to limit myself to 1 Atkins product a day or else I stall, they are great in a pinch but not to replace 3/4 of the day's meals IMO. I think its all the sugar alcohols and crazy Atkins math that throws it off.
I would say figure out some food stuffs you can make ahead of time and have on hand like the Atkins bars, but real food instead. I also only have 1 meal a day and my day goes as follows
Morning- coffee w/sugar free syrup
Lunch- Atkins bar or shake
Afternoon- pre-packaged salted peanuts or 2oz of cheese
Dinner- varies, but typically a decent sized portion of meat and a veggie
Maybe have hard boiled eggs on hand, cheese snacks, individually portioned nuts, ham and cheese roll ups, etc.
Hope this helps! Good luck!!

Atkins is first and foremost about real whole food. Bars/shakes can be COMBINED to form a meal only in extreme emergencies. The menu you've listed is a starvation fad diet. You will not get the required amount of calories, fat, net carbs, veggies, FOOD that you need in order to do Atkins and be extremely healthy for the rest of your life.
You are allowed 2 products per day. MANY people cannot lose weight when including frankenfood (products of any kind are fake--not real food).
In order to change your life you will have to change how you do things. Make all your food for the week on your days off. Get up earlier in order to get a good breakfast to get your metabolism going. Pack a lunch.

Your #1 rule should be to not eat anything processed. You mentioned that you eat a sensible meal every night.. why not make a bit more of that meal so that you can have leftovers to pack for lunch. Make a crustless quiche on Sunday morning and save the leftovers for the rest of the week, that way you don't have to be motivated to get up early and cook.
It takes a bit of planning ahead of time but eating whole, healthy, natural meals all week can be done.

I grab a bar and a string cheese for breakfast (I eat in the car on way to work). I keep a drawer full of Atkins worthy snacks: 100 cal pack cinnamon coated almonds, Sugar Free chocolate pudding, beef jerky (gotta search hard to find a LC one), and in the fridge I have babybel cheese and sausage bites. I always go out for lunch to escape my desk-doesn't sound like that's possible for you. Pre-pack snack sized ziplock baggies in a basket in the fridge with sandwich meats, cheeses, celary w/ peanut butter cups, and grab and go in the morning. Your body is in starvation mode and will not release the fat unless you eat. Drink tons of water too! Gotta flush that fat out!

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
