Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have started taking my potassium and magnesium along with my multi- vitamin I also am doing broth twice a day.I probably drink too much water and flushing out my system I just recently left atkins as I was getting too frustrated and I am trying meal replacement shakes. Hopefully this will shock my body to lose weight.

I had a patient who was on a food substitution plan, but not losing weight. We gave her a Myer's cocktail IV with lots of Ca and Magnesium in and she lost 5 pounds the next day.

You need the minerals to lose weight and feel well.
