I know your not suppose to count calories, but since it is targeted for men, I have been cutting back on snacks and averaging around 1400 calories a day. Do you guys think that is too many or about right?

I'm not on the abs diet but your daily caloric intake is based on your current weight. Not much help i know

Adding to Food Diary
When you are on "my Food Diary" - the dinner plate icon, look to the far right - about half way down the page for adding "custom foods". BTW - welcome to Fat Secret!

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
