Does anyone use Turbo Jam? I've had these videos for nearly a year, and now I'm going to the gym 6 days a week. I figured I could do TJ on Saturdays, since the gym isn't exactly close to me. It's odd, I can do an hour of cardio at the gym, followed by an hour of strength training, but I could barely make it through 20 minutes of hopping around in front of my TV! You could have mopped me off of the floor after 45 minutes, and I was soooo sore the next day!

I don't have it. It looks good though! I can't believe they say you lose 10lbs in 10 days.

it comes with an eating and exercise plan, but I don't know about losing a pound a day...it's such a hard work out though, it could be possible!

Hm. I wish my library had it. I don't want to buy it before I try it!

I know! That would be cool to have a "trading" system with people that live near you. Hm...

I have the Core Secrets, but haven't done them in awhile. The plug for my ball got chewed by my dog when it wasn't blown up, but I bought a new ball last night, so I'm going to have to start them again! Do you guys do weights as well?

I do weights at the gym, and at home I have a turbo jam sculpting dvd that uses light weights.

I never heard of it!! But it sounds really good!! If I ever see it, I'll have to try it. I just got a walk away the pounds with the step...haven't tried it yet, I mostly do it when the weather is bad, and I don't want to risk the drive to they gym (which is not often)..... is there an infomercial for it?

I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
