After 6 months, have lost 28 lbs. But have experiecned 4 gall bladdar attacks. Extremely painful right quadrant, lower rib-cage, along with vomiting, ER visits, pain and nausea meds. I can tell you the pain is such, you cannot sit, lay or stand in any fashion and find relief. Apparently, you must add 5-7 graams of healthy fat to 1 meal a day. Such as peanut butter, olive oil, nutts, or avacado.
So the diet alone rids you of a great deal of fat, and you need to add to their prepkgd. meals in regards to the fat that are contained in theirs. If you search the net, you will find that gall stones are reported while being on this diet.

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
