Nutrisystem doesn't stress adding good fat to diet

Such as peanut butter, olive oil, nutts, or avacado.
So the diet alone rids you of a great deal of fat, and you need to add to their prepkgd. meals in regards to the fat that are contained in theirs. If you search the net, you will find that gall stones are reported while being on this diet.

It's never a good thing to drink your calories but sugar will only stall you if it makes you eat more calories...

Shake replacement meals
I drink these daily but never as a meal replacement. For me its a mid morning snack and a good way to make sure I keep my daily protein intake where I want it...

don't over exercise, you'll be too hungry to avoid cheating. i do 1 hour each day, 45 mins elliptical and 15 weights/crunches.
