Awesome. I am so glad you got to your goal. I notice that my weight loss is so much better when I am well hydrated. My doctor has me at 48 oz a day because I have IH (Intracranial hypertension), but sometimes it is hard for me to meet that goal. Great Job though!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
