Disappointing.
One week is nothing in the long run. Keep it up, you will see changes before too long. The scale is not as good of an indicator as the mirror and the way your clothes fit.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
