Sad I am so frustrated! I can't seem to drop the weight! I was doing so good before I got sick and now it's like I'm not even dieting. I'm following the plan faithfully. Not even eating sugar substitutes! Completely gone from my diet! I don't eat the bars because of the sugar alcohols. I don't drink dairy. I'm not sure what to do anymore!Confused

Don't lose hope. As bad as it seems right now, it could be a plateau - and once you break one you're golden. I can't offer any awesome advice 'cause I don't know your situation, but just don't turn back.

Much luck <3

As long as your in a caloric defecit you will lose fat. Your scale could tell you different and this is probably due to water weight. If you have been dieting for a while, you could try a diet break/refeed to restore hormone levels.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
