iphone scan feature messed up

The 4 has worked fine so far, thank god lol. I've been hearing horror stories about the, "DEATH GRIP". The only problem I have is with the FS scanner, red lazer and other scanners work well.

I've been struggling for weeks to get my bar-code scanner to work on my new iPhone 4. Can't get it to work. That's the last straw: I'm going to go eat a pound of chocolate.

I have an iphone4 and the new update has my barcode scanner working!

i used to have a nexus one ( google phone) and the bar code reader was amazing. i now have an iphone 4 and i cannot get it to work at all. is there a trick to getting this to work? it just keeps focusing in/out without ever getting to the next step.

I see this a old thread but glad to see it's not me being stupid! Brand new itouch 4 and the fatsecret scanner absolutely will not scan! another products app bar scanner works perfectly so it's an issue with FS scanner coding.
