Just started Atkins and I seem to be having a hard time staying within 20 - 25 net carbs. I work crazy hours and it is hard to find food with little carbs when you are at work. Can anyone who is doing this give me some good advise please!!!!!!!

You may have to pack food if possible. I use small bags with a frozen water bottle and pack veggies, meat and dip and salads and boiled eggs.
What is possible for you to bring?
If nothing is possible to bring maybe tell us what you have available and we may be able to suggest something

If you have access to a refrigerator at work, bringing your lunch is the best plan. Like the poster above, I bring hard boiled eggs to work. Tuna or chicken salad with some tomato slices and a little lettuce works nicely. Having half an avocado with a little lemon juice and salt is a filling option.
I hate to think of what limited choices I would have if I had to eat what was available in the break room. In a worst case scenario, if you had to eat out of a vending machine, try pork rinds if they're available.

My husband works out of his pickup out on location, so he takes a cooler with him, with HB eggs, tuna, cauliflower, broccoli, cheese. There are more portable things than you think, just need a small cooler....Then when he comes home, I feed him salad and a big steak!

Avoid the Atkins bars if you can. Hardboiled eggs, beef jerky with little to no sugar, cheese, salami, deli meat, celery with no sugar almond/peanut butter, sardines in olive oil or hot sauce.
But as others above have said... prepare your own food is the only long term solution.

I wish you all the luck. Once you get going for a few days it's much easier. Try to make things like tuna or turkey salad. Mayo is ok and you can add pickles and celery. Make A LOT so you get full. Might even have a little leftover. Meat and cheeses, hard boiled eggs. If you make hamburger patty's, make the whole package and throw some in the fridge for when you might need one. You will do great!

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
