Hello all , My name is Katrina , I just found this site for the first time so I am gonna give it a shot. I am gonna start the Nutrition challenge on here that starts Monday. I am 39, 5'6 and the biggest I have ever been and I wanna get to 125 where I am most comfy. Any advice, buddies or anything anyone has to offer I would appr. Yep, I'm with you there. When I don't see the numbers I somehow can kid myself into thinking that the junk food I just ate wasn't as bad as it actually was. Honesty is the best policy. :)

When I cook at home, I create a recipe that I add to my cookbook, that way I can get an accurate calorie count, and also duplicate at a later date.
