Hello all , My name is Katrina , I just found this site for the first time so I am gonna give it a shot. I am gonna start the Nutrition challenge on here that starts Monday. I am 39, 5'6 and the biggest I have ever been and I wanna get to 125 where I am most comfy. Any advice, buddies or anything anyone has to offer I would appr. Dont no anything about how this works, just fumbling thru. Thanks and good luck to all.
