Hello all , My name is Katrina , I just found this site for the first time so I am gonna give it a shot. I am gonna start the Nutrition challenge on here that starts Monday. I am 39, 5'6 and the biggest I have ever been and I wanna get to 125 where I am most comfy. Any advice, buddies or anything anyone has to offer I would appr. Hi Cheryl, The only thing that works is to put less in than what goes out. I do 5:2. 500 calories on Monday and Tuesday - the other 5 days up to 1800. I eat whatever I like but am getting better at ...

Hey Louise, Nice to here from you. I love to eat and i love French food a lot. I believe, you need to eat as much as you can. And you need to exercise regulerly to be fit. happy fitness! :)
