Hello all , My name is Katrina , I just found this site for the first time so I am gonna give it a shot. I am gonna start the Nutrition challenge on here that starts Monday. I am 39, 5'6 and the biggest I have ever been and I wanna get to 125 where I am most comfy. Any advice, buddies or anything anyone has to offer I would appr. Make your own veggie burgers. They aren't hard. You can freeze them with wax paper between and pop them apart. Much less $$$ and you can control what goes into them.

get rid of ALL the bad foods and drink in your house, and replace them with good ones if they aren't in easy reach you can't consume them

Thank you hwzat4u. I am keeping it lower than what FS is telling me but a couple hundred over those recommended by the nutritionist, still well below FS daily RDI.
