In the first pic I probably weigh about 205.

I started losing weight about the end of May this year at about 200 pounds.

This is one from the other day. The jeans are size an old pair of size 12 jeans from maybe 20 years ago. I think I wore them once when they were new.

Thought this might be a wake up call. You see, as gradually as the weight went down, it crept up even more slowly, I should have picked it up with the first dress not zipping up! I didn't. But I am happy that I realised, before too late.

Nitara, What I have learned after reaching goal first time, is that we have to be VERY careful with our approach to calorie intake afterwards. I'm currently working on finding a way for me to do this, easy, and without counting. If you like, check out my journals for the last week. It's a long read, but I think an interesting one. Since you're almost there, maybe that's relevant for you? Not sure what your approach for the future is.

Kingkeld, I will diffidently go through them thanks Smile, but I am not almost there. another 8-10 Kgs to go! don't trust that green line, I do it by stages, so that green is for the stage of me getting to 58Kg. I would like to add you as a buddy if you don't mind.
