Just starting on nutrisystem

I have a question. A friend just gave me what seems to be a month's worth of nutrisystem meals. I have never tried this diet. Does anyone have the diet plan that needs to be followed? I tried their website but it seems that you need to place an order before you get the plan. Not sure if I just missed the info. Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe you need to create an account on their site? At the top it says "Join For Free" There's also a FAQ on the "Help" option at the top. And I see a community board. I've never used this program before, so I'm not really sure. Sorry for not being such a help, but good luck and I hope you find the info you need.

If you still can't find anything, you can try calling them..

don't over exercise, you'll be too hungry to avoid cheating. i do 1 hour each day, 45 mins elliptical and 15 weights/crunches.
