a total restart!!! if i had of stuck to it in the first place yada yada....

I am so tired and lugging around this weight is not helping... I am guilty of the normal not making time to eat... so end up grabbing toast, biscuits, or anything i can while running from one thing to another!

but this has to stop... just 41 and need to shift this off now and bloody start dressing how i want to and being able to enjoy myself again!

looking for people who are in the same boat.....
