wrong enter

ls anybody tell me, when l enter food or exercise wrongly in the daily list, how l can calcel it. l couldnt find on the link. Thank you

Within the food diary there is an X for removing items, or you can click on the item and edit it if you have entered an amount incorrectly.

The exercise diary defaults to 8 hours sleep and 16 hours rest, so if you enter something incorrectly, it is a case of entering the correct information which will overwrite the incorrect entry, does that make sense? Smile
