Well, working in retail over the holidays got me totally off track with my exercise routine. Now my diet has gone south! I've got to get organized and back on track. Stress is a big factor too, i've got to manage it properly. Help!Confused

I'm with ya. If I'm not organized and plan, then I get sloppy about my eating. It's definitley time to get back on track. I just found this site yesterday so I look forward to getting to know the folks here and cheer each other on.
