Over 40, need to lose 50

I'm looking to get serious about the plan in January-- in the mean time I am will be getting my head straight and preparing to commit.

I've been doing a version of vegan... I'm eating mostly fruit, veggies, nuts, and grains (raw) but I haven't totally cut out other stuff yet.
