this is interesting! it proves how different our bodies are! I have one Atkins product (bar or shake) a day (sometimes I skip a day) and no stall at all. it's a treat for me. it's the only "sugars" for me. will be watching this topic for info! <3 to all and let's keep it up! Smile

I have been on atkins for last 10-12 weeks and without any exercise and have lost 7.5kg. Every week I noticed a loss of some kind until 2 weeks ago. Thats when I discovered the atkins cookies and cream bars. I have had about 6 of them over the 2 weeks and thats the only new thing and I havent lost a single gram of weight. I am sorbitol intolerant and have to be careful with artificial sweeteners and was so happy when I found those as I could finally have a sweet without the ill effects. Until I noticed no weight loss! No more sweets for me Sad

I stalled too with the meal replacement bars and I tried the Peanut Butter cup Sad Now I just leave them for an emergency. I think when I move on to maintenance to re introduce them see if they are ok to eat then Wink

bullet proof coffee
Drinking bullet proof coffee allows you to feel full without affecting the body's insulin levels. You are losing weight and not hungry. That's why it is useful for dieting.
