I log EVERYTHING. I think I got off track after two weeks of doing very well. I started adding coconut flour, whey protein, carbquik, MIMS, making fatbombs... etc. Back to eating CLEAN!!!!

It is easy to get off track right there. So back to having whole foods and veggies and then maybe slowly adding one new thing at a time but without sacrificing veggies.

No more ice cream
Drink a glass of OJ or Apple juice first. Most likely you won't want the Ice Cream. Good luck.

I have not really given the fat mass index much thought as I have always used the BMI as a guide. I now weigh 10st 3.5lbs and at 5ft 7ins this puts me in the middle of my ideal BMI. However having checked ...
