I've been geocaching for quite a few years now and find that it's a wonderful way to experience new people, places and things while exercising. If you are unfamiliar with it, you can visit their site at www.geocaching.com I've had great experiences while doing this somewhat unconventional sport and the great thing is...it's all over the world. I encourage you to check it out. I still do it but sometimes our weather is not real cooperative at this time of year. In my state, MN, the state parks even have them. Not only is it a great exercise activity, but a great hobby. I've met great people and seen places I otherwise wouldn't have known existed!

Hey!!! Awesome post, I haven't been geocaching in YEARS but it is almost like an adult treasure hunt. Totally cool that someone else is into it here and it makes me want to get back into it.

Love this post. Geocaching is a great motivator to get outside and move around! It has definitely led me on some great adventures. I highly recommend especially if you are the type of person that has trouble getting motivated to go out for a walk, run or bike ride. Many geocaches are located in parks, along bike paths, on hiking trails and clustered in urban areas. It's a great way to get out there and explore and get exercise in without even knowing it.

No time for a workout? Got 7 minutes to spare?
