Have heart, ladies. PCOS is manageable. Like you, I struggled with clomid, metformin, injections, daily blood tests, and other painful testing procedures. In the end, though, I was able to get pregnant after I lost some weight. Whether it was the weight loss that finally did it, or if that just helped, or not, why not be in the best shape you can be? For me, at least, there was no better motivation to lose the weight.
Take heart, have faith, and lose carefully and slowly. Don't deplete your body of the other good things you need to carry that baby once you conceive him/her. Don't starve yourself, but eat healthy, whole foods and move around as much as you can.
