you have to start with an excersize plan find out how many calories you burn naturally a day just sitting still, then eat that amount everyday and maybe start off with 30 minutes a day of excersize a week if you feel that the number of calories you are eating is still making you hungry increase your intake by 100-200 more calories a day but instead of 30 minutes do an hour ! does it make sence ? you can still loose weight and not feel hungry you just need to excersize more

My only advice is to start slowly and make small easily obtained goals.
Recording what you eat and when is a great place to start.
I guess the most important thing is to do this as healthy as possible, and perhaps consult you doctor to see what is best.
Good luck, there are thousands of supportive people on here to help you on your journey..

My best advice is to stay positive. If you start the negative thinking then the depression sets in which leads to bad food choices, at least for me. Good luck on your journey.
