Hi! I am looking for a good workout DVD for your arms. I have one but is probably from the early 90s and is not very motivating. I want something more upbeat that will keep me interested.

Any ideas?

I can't think of any for just arms, but I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shread. It is a full body workout and incorporates some decent arm exercises with weights. You could also google different arm exercises that you could just do on a regular basis if you want arms to be your focus area.

I agree with tglenna, anything Jillian is amazing. I don't have the 30 day shred but I do have ripped in 30. A whole lot of whole body and lots of core. Just simple pushups and plank are awesome for your arms. There are a lot of arm exercises you can do without weights, especially if you have a stability ball at home. Google is always good too.
