Hi, my name is Sandi and a snowbird. We've had a great fall and now it's cold and I'm ready to head south.
I'm new to this site. I joined SBD a few weeks ago and I'm struggling... I found the OLE spinach and herb tortillas and thought I could eat them, but now I wonder. Can you help me?

What phase are you in? I would say no because they are made with bleached flour. Here is a link I found with the ingredient breakdown : http://www.olemexicanfoods.com/spinach-herbs-8-wraps/
All in all, the nutrition facts themselves are not bad and you could probably get away with it if you didn't eat them all the time.

Hello and Help Please
I agree. Gaining 30 lbs in a month when you have actually been doing things to make yourself healthier is alarming to me. The water retention alarms me as well. If your doctor says there is nothing wrong, ...
