It didn't cause any problems but I'm still fat so it didn't help any. I am a foodaholic and I know that in order to lose the weight and keep it off forever I need to make a life-long commitment. I've lost 50 lbs on Atkins before but after a 3 month plateau and sticking with it strict I got discouraged and got off only to regain every pound plus more. This time will be different!
