I have problem. I am Non smoker & Nonalcoholic person
My weight is constantly increasing.
My work stress is lot as I am in sales. I cant go to gym continously. everytime I stop gymming I add atleast 3-4 kgs. Right now I am 108 KGs , aged 29, height 176 cm.
what are the ways to loose weight?
The only problem I have is I like fried Items, which I dont take always. I dont take rice too.
I have sedentary life
