If you are interested in losing weight through ketosis, you might want to look into the Ideal Protein Diet. I've been on this diet for 9 weeks and I have lost 16 pounds. I feel great!

Well, I can say that the only reason I bought them in the first place is because of an overwhelmingly positive recommendation from Dr. Oz when I was watching his show one day. I follow Atkins, and I haven't committed to starting my bottle of them quite yet, but I plan to work them into my daily vitamins starting on Monday. They are supposed to speed up weight loss significantly...but again, I don't have any personal experience yet. I hope it can perhaps speed up those plateaus that my body just loves to hang on to.
