Hello there I am new to this site. I am trying to lose weight that I gained during the past 6 months. I didn't know that my weight was that out of control until this past weekend. So now I am determined to lose the extra pounds and become healthier.

Today I started a new diet that lets me eat 1700 calories and have 80-120 carbs a day. Today I was 500 calories under and i only had 95 carbs. Also I walked and jogged for an hour today so I am happy that my first day started so well.

You have to go to that activity there is the option to increase and decrease...click down on increase to show the decrease put in the time that you want it to decrease which in your case all of it and it will take it off.

Welcome! At the top of the page, click on the tab called RECIPES, then on the right side scroll down to DIET & NUTRITION and click on the button called Gluten Free.

I'm Back
I used to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. Now I bake my fish and then add either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to punch up the flavor, which saves a bunch of calories.
