A friend of mine asked me if I was sure I was getting enough calcium in my diet, I was pretty sure I was but decided to look it up on my diet tracker. I see the pie chart on protein/carbs/fat but I couldn't find a place that broke down my days intake of food by calcium, or vitamins, or anything else for that matter.
Is there a way to see a more micro view of my daily nutrition?

There is a way to change but it doesn't include Calcium or vitamins. I believe it is net carbs, rdi, things of that nature.

I have never had Advacado. I am going to look up some recipes because i seem to like things that contain FAT...good and BAD...FAT makes things taste good :)
